Construction Recruiting

IPR accelerates construction recruiting for companies by giving them access to thousands of certified tradesmen. We strive to make recruiting of skilled out of town workers easy. Recruiting in the industrial, marine and commercial construction industry will always pose difficulties due to the varying time frame of projects, work length, and sometimes remote locations. We try to limit these problems and give an overabundance of choices to find the right people for the jobs.
Putting out more information and more options is always a good thing when time is of the essence.

Construction recruiting can be difficult. You don’t have to go it alone. Let our 22 years of experience help you man your next project with a breeze.

NCCER Certified

 http://www.industrialprojectsreport.com/NCCER%20Certified

The NCCER has joined with the Industrial Projects Report in order to expand the acceptance of NCCER certified craftsmen onto current construction projects. NCCER certifications can appeal highly to most craftsmen due to the increase in hourly wages from companies.
NCCER is a not-for-profit, education foundation created in 1996. It was developed with the support of more than 125 construction CEOs and various association and academic leaders who united to revolutionize training for the construction industry. Sharing the common goal of developing a safe and productive workforce, these companies created a standardized training and credentialing program for the industry. This progressive program has evolved into curricula for more than 60 craft areas and a complete series of more than 70 assessments offered in over 4,000 NCCER-accredited training and assessment locations across the United States.
NCCER develops standardized construction and maintenance curricula and assessment with portable credentials. These credentials are tracked through NCCER’s National Registry which allows organization and companies to track the qualification of their craft professionals and/or check the qualifications of possible new hires. The National Registry also assists craft professionals by maintaining their records in a secure database.
Training is done through the NCCER Curricula Series which includes construction, maintenance, and pipeline curricula and a complete line of safety and management programs and is recognized by multiple state Departments of Education.

Industrial Shutdowns and Turnarounds

Industrial Shutdowns and turnarounds are construction projects that are often referred to as turnarounds or outages.
On average shutdowns and turnarounds take from a few days to a few months. The Industrial Projects Report officially recognizes shutdown season starting on Sept 1st.
Shutdowns are often targeted by traveling craftsmen due to the high hours and high pay.
The Industrial Projects Report has an entire section of the Hotsheet magazine dedicated to shutdowns and turnarounds. Your can purchase the magazine @ www.industrialprojectsreport.com

Local Tradesmen

The Industrial Projects Report is the leading connecter of local tradesmen for construction projects in the USA. We connect these crafts personnel to the current contractors and staffing companies. Finding craftsmen locally is something that is sometimes required possibly due to budget constraints, a smaller project or looking for local full time craftsmen.

We cater to the tradesmen of all levels of skill and experience along with having projects listed all over the United States. So finding something close by to work at or finding craftsmen a town over is all but too easy when dealing directly through the industrial projects report.
For local listings you can search here @

AWS Certification

AWS Certification is to become certified by the American Welding Society. Some craftsmen that weld have this certification. The IPR does not discriminate against any type of certified or uncertified welders. We simply supply the project information to the end user (the craftsmen) in order for them to assess the best paying job. Each company individually does their own screening of possible contract workers with their own rules, requirements and regulations in order to work there.

For more information on how these companies operate please visit the specific company’s website for information on their terms of employment  For a list of construction jobs.
