Construction Recruiting

IPR accelerates construction recruiting for companies by giving them access to thousands of certified tradesmen. We strive to make recruiting of skilled out of town workers easy. Recruiting in the industrial, marine and commercial construction industry will always pose difficulties due to the varying time frame of projects, work length, and sometimes remote locations. We try to limit these problems and give an overabundance of choices to find the right people for the jobs.
Putting out more information and more options is always a good thing when time is of the essence.

Construction recruiting can be difficult. You don’t have to go it alone. Let our 22 years of experience help you man your next project with a breeze.

NCCER Certified

 http://www.industrialprojectsreport.com/NCCER%20Certified

The NCCER has joined with the Industrial Projects Report in order to expand the acceptance of NCCER certified craftsmen onto current construction projects. NCCER certifications can appeal highly to most craftsmen due to the increase in hourly wages from companies.
NCCER is a not-for-profit, education foundation created in 1996. It was developed with the support of more than 125 construction CEOs and various association and academic leaders who united to revolutionize training for the construction industry. Sharing the common goal of developing a safe and productive workforce, these companies created a standardized training and credentialing program for the industry. This progressive program has evolved into curricula for more than 60 craft areas and a complete series of more than 70 assessments offered in over 4,000 NCCER-accredited training and assessment locations across the United States.
NCCER develops standardized construction and maintenance curricula and assessment with portable credentials. These credentials are tracked through NCCER’s National Registry which allows organization and companies to track the qualification of their craft professionals and/or check the qualifications of possible new hires. The National Registry also assists craft professionals by maintaining their records in a secure database.
Training is done through the NCCER Curricula Series which includes construction, maintenance, and pipeline curricula and a complete line of safety and management programs and is recognized by multiple state Departments of Education.

Welding Certification

Welding Certification

A welding certification can come in many forms. It can help land a job, increase pay and give you more freedom to pick and choose where you work.
Getting a certification is something that can be decided and taken on by the individual in whatever direction they choose.
Most companies have strict processes of hiring and any type of certification beats no certification. Companies look for safety, skill, experience. Certifications show most of this simply with that piece of paper.
For more information on jobs hiring and what certifications are needed just browse the Construction Job Board to get a better feel for what is expected from you.
